In 1907, my great-great-grandfather William Edmonds started our first family concrete business, Edmonds Art Stone Co., in Hyattsville, MD. William was known as a true cast stone artist. Many of the molds he created helped shape some of Washington, D.C.’s best known buildings, such as NIH Hospital and the Navy Medical Center. William passed this tradition on to his son John R. Edmonds who later started Maryland Cast Stone, which operated until John’s death in 1960.
We are proud to bring the Edmonds family tradition of excellence through stonework to Nashville, TN. Brilliant Concrete stands behind ourcraftsmanship in every project.
